Alea Jacta Est

After listening so many friends telling me how a blog was necessary to give you credibility, I decided to jump the Rubicon and to embark on the trip. I will keep the reading to a minimum; as this is more a window than a book. My comments, I hope will find echo in you and if I offended, shocked, outraged you, do me a favour, leave this place and go watch national TV.

Terre d'Irlande

My favorite region: the Connemara and his lakes.
The wave.

Top of the Inishowen peninsula, in Donegal.

The same region of Glengarriff, Co Cork from a different angle.

Powerscourt, Co Wicklow. Instead of being "surprised" by the beauty of the castle, I found elegance in those 3 majestic eucalyptus.

An Grinian Fort; a surrealistic fort on top of a hill with miles of clear view at 360 dégrées.

A new area of Glendalough, peaceful place of St Kieran.

End of a day Rosses Point in Sligo.

Spanish point. Emblematic site on the Clare coast who still host some treasures at large.

Ross castle in Killarney National park,Co Kerry.

The Spanish Point, Co Clare. A very nice beach who saw the slaughter of hundreds of spaniards sent ashore when their galeon sanked

Golden Hour on a wheat field near Ballywalter, Co Antrim.

Near Armoy, small village in county Antrim. I was showing early in the morning to some customers the Dark Hedges and the nearby landscape was waking up.

View of the Slea Head and the Blasket island in the distance. Wonderful place. Co Kerry of course.

While trying to spot whales near Baltimore, Co Cork. We spotted them but in such wide space, it was impossible to framed them.

End of the day on the lake near Killarney. I took that photo from my bedroom at the Lake hotel. This photo prove how Nature still reign in this part of the planet and how man is insignificant here. You can see a man on the jetty on the left, totally absorbed by the grandiosity of the show.
